The Deputy Commissioners requested if Deputy Commissioner
Repishak could continue to serve as Deputy since he has now been
selected as an Alderman and serves as a Commissioner. Attorney
Macy thought that it might be a conflict for Repischak to
continue as a Deputy Commissioner but that he would research
further. The question was also asked if the Deputy Commissioners
are bound by the open meeting law. Attorney Macy stated that the
Lake District is subject to the open meeting law and if the
Deputies are formally created, they are subject to the open
meeting law. He will research further.
