The Mayor noted that a representative from the Muskego Lakes
Country Club Development also attended the landfill hearing. He
added that Scott Krause will be back in Muskego soon and has
advised he will sign the facilities agreement at that time.
Deputy Commissioner Repischak advised the cost for water quality
monitoring by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) was
$6,000. The federal government would share one-half, or $3,000,
with the balance of $3,000 to be paid by the Lake District. The

contingent upon the USGS agreeing to the cost sharing. There
will be three testing sites.
