BMLCommM19861028BIG MUSKEGO LAKE/BASS BAY PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT - BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 28, 1986 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:23 P.M. Also present were Commissioners DeAngelis, Dumke, Hilt, Patterson, Penovich, Sanders and Taube (arr. 7:25 P.M.), City Clerk Stewart and City Atty. Molter (arr. 7:26 P.M.). Chairman Salentine reported that the DNR has advised that the bid for the dam repair project had come in approximately $600- 700 over estimate, but within the range to continue with the project. The pre -construction meeting has been held and construction should begin shortly. The proposal from Conley, McDonald, Sprague and Co. for audit services for year ending December 31, 1986 was reviewed. Chairman Salentine noted the 1985 cost was $265.00. Deputy Commissioner Switala felt the proposal should be accepted. Commissioner Dumke moved for approval. Commissioner seconded, motion carried 7-0. Commissioner DeAngelis moved for approval of payment of vouchers in the amounts of $39.14 for SEWRPC and $159.34 for City Hall salaries, for a total of $198.48. Commissioner Patterson seconded, carried 7-0. Deputy Commissioner Switala questioned the proposed flood plain and wetland mapping and how it would affect property owners. Commissioner DeAngelis explained. Chairman Salentine suggested interested parties review the maps and advise if they do not appear correct. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
