BMLCommM19840228BIG MUSKEGO LAKE/BASS BAY PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1984 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:40 P.M. Also present were Commissioners Penovich, DeAngelis, Dumke, Gaetzke, Nilsson and Tomczyk, City Clerk Stewart and Atty. John Macy. Commissioner Colburn was absent. Deputy Commissioner Larry Erickson reported that Scott Krause has filed a responding brief with the court stating there should not be a need for oral argument, and the District's attorney has filed a responding brief stating there should be oral argument. It is before the court now and should be settled within 90 days. The agreement with Conley, McDonald and Sprague for 1983 Audit of the Big Muskego Lake/Bass Bay Protection and Rehabilitation District was reviewed. Commissioner Penovich moved to authorize execution. Tomczyk seconded. Motion carried. Commissioner Dumke moved for approval of payment of vouchers: $100 - Membership Dues; $25.09-Telephone bills; $228.72 - Salaries for City Hall employee, for a total of $353.81. Tomczyk seconded. Motion carried unanimously. The Deputy Commissioners requested copies of all invoices. Commissioner Gaetzke moved to adjourn at 7:48 P.M.
