CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chiaverotti called the quarterly meeting to order at 6:58 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and
Madden. Also present: City Attorney Warchol and Deputy Clerk Blenski.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deputy Clerk stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting
law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – January 23, 2018
Commissioner Madden moved to approve. Commissioner Kubacki seconded; motion
carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant
Growth, Fish and Wildlife
There was no new information to report.
Approval of Agreement with Marine Biochemists to Conduct Aquatic Plant Control
Services and Authorize Execution
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve. Commissioner Madden seconded; motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Madden moved to adjourn at 6:59 p.m. Commissioner Borgman
seconded; motion carried.
