CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and
Madden. Also present: Finance and Administration Director Mueller and Conservation
Coordinator Zagar.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Director Mueller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING - June 28 and July 26, 2016
Commissioner Kubacki made a motion to approve. Commissioner Madden
seconded; motion carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife
Mr. Zagar stated that the lake did freeze over; however, there are still areas of open water
around Groveway Lane.
Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by DNR
Nothing new to report.
NEW BUSINESS
Election of Secretary and Treasurer
Commissioner Borgman made a motion to elect Jill Blenski as Secretary and Sharon
Mueller as Treasurer for the Lake District. Commissioner Kapusta seconded; motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Wolfe made a motion to adjourn at 6:58 p.m. Commissioner Hammel
seconded; motion carried.
