CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 7:14 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioner Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Kapusta, Engelhardt, Kubacki and
Madden. Also present: Finance and Administration Director Mueller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was properly noticed.
NEW BUSINESS
Approval of Contract with Marine Biochemists to Conduct an Aquatic Plant Survey
Commissioner Borgman made a motion to approve the contract. Commissioner
Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Borgman made a motion to adjourn at 7:16 p.m. Commissioner
Engelhardt seconded.
Motion Passed 7 in favor.
