CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Borgman, Di Pronio, Engelhardt, Kubacki and
Madden. Also present: Deputy Commissioners Pilak and Kies, and Assistant Deputy Clerk
Chavie.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The Assistant Deputy Clerk stated the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING - October 28, 2014
Commissioner Borgman moved to approve the October 28 minutes. Commissioner
Kubacki seconded. Motion carried 7 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
There were no vouchers that required approval.
OLD BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife
Deputy Commissioner Kies provided an update. There is substantial activity on the lake
especially with ice fishing.
Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by DNR
The Rieger acquisition is still in progress.
NEW BUSINESS
Authorization for Chairman (Mayor Chiaverotti) to Sign 2015 Agreement with Marine
Biochemists to Chemically Control Nuisance Aquatic Plants
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve. Commissioner Wolfe seconded. Motion
carried 7 in favor.
Authorization for Chairman (Mayor Chiaverotti) to Sign Application for DNR Permit ($895) to
Control Nuisance Aquatic Plants in 2015
Commissioner Madden moved to approve. Commissioner Engelhardt seconded.
Motion carried 7 in favor.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW - None
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Kubacki moved to adjourn at 7:04 p.m. Commissioner Hammel
seconded. Motion carried 7 in favor.
