CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:53 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present were Commissioners Kubacki, Soltysiak, Glazier, Borgman, Hammel and Wolfe, and
Deputy Commissioner Pilak and Finance and Administration Director Mueller. Commissioner
Madden was absent.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was properly noticed.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING - October 22, 2013
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve the October 22, 2013 minutes.
Alderman Wolfe seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
None.
OLD BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioners' Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife
Deputy Commissioner Pilak gave an update on the Bass Bay Lake, plant growth, fish and
wildlife.
Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area - Land Acquisition by DNR
Deputy Commissioner Pilak noted that land acquisitions are ongoing and a slow process due
to budget restraints.
NEW BUSINESS
Authorization for Mayor to Sign 2014 Agreement with Marine Biochemists to Control Nuisance
Aquatic Plants
Alderman Soltysiak made a motion to approve. Alderman Kubacki seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Authorization for Mayor to Apply for DNR Permit ($895) to Control Nuisance Aquatic Plants in
2014
Alderman Kubacki made a motion to approve. Alderman Soltysiak seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.

seconded.
