Minutes of Special Meeting Held on February 8, 2011
Commissioner Snead called the meeting to order as the Acting Mayor at 7:28
p.m. Also present were Commissioners Fiedler, Schaumberg, Soltysiak, Werner,
Borgman, and Harenda, and Deputy Clerk Blenski. The Deputy Clerk stated the
meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Commisioner Fiedler moved to approve payment to Agrecol for seeding
(Moorland/Candelwood) in the amount of $3,000. Commissioner Borgman
seconded; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Fiedler moved to adjourn at 7:29 p.m. Commissioner
Borgman seconded; motion carried.
