REHABILITATION DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Minutes of Special Meeting Held on January 11, 2011
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners Fiedler, Schaumberg, Soltysiak, Borgman, Harenda, and Snead,
Director of Finance and Administration Mueller and Conservation Coordinator
Zagar. Commissioner Werner was absent. Ms. Mueller stated the meeting was
noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
NEW BUSINESS
Approval of Sale of Aquatic Plant Havester
Mr. Zagar stated that an offer was received for the harvester in the amount of
$2,000. It has a scrap value of $1,100. The equipment was last used in 2000.
Commissioner Fiedler moved to approve the sale. Commissioner Harenda
seconded. Motion carried 6 in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Snead moved to adjourn at 7:46 p.m. Commissioner Soltysiak
seconded; motion carried.
