Minutes of Special Meeting Held on April 13, 2010
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners Fiedler, Schneider, Schaumberg, Werner, Borgman, Harenda, and
Snead, and Secretary McMullen. Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The
secretary stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Motion by Borgman, second by Schneider to approve payment of a voucher from G.W.
Niegelesen for $2,320. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Snead, second by Fiedler to adjourn. Motion carried.
