MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2009
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners, Schaefer, Schneider, Werner, Borgman, Pavelko, and Snead;
also present were, Clerk Moyer, and Conservation/Urban Forester Zagar.
Commissioner Fiedler was absent. The clerk stated the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Motion by Borgman, second by Schneider to approve three invoices
(invoice # 261300, 262732, 262733) from Marine Biochemists, total
$9,672.50, Motion carried. Motion by Borgman, second by Snead to
approve payment not to exceed $3,348.50, (invoice # 725509239) to the
USDA for removal of nuisance geese on Big Muskego Lake. Motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Snead moved to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. Schneider seconded; motion carried.
