MINUTES OF QUARTERLY MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2009
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners Fiedler, Schaumberg, Schneider, Werner, Borgman, Harenda,
and Snead; Deputy Commissioners Kies, Burmeister, and Paulsen, Clerk -
Treasurer Moyer, and Conservation/Urban Forester Zagar. Those present
recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The clerk stated the meeting was noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Fiedler moved for approval of the March 24, 2009 minutes.
Commissioner Schaumberg seconded; motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Deputy Commissioners Update — Deputy Commissioner Kies stated that
the water level is high at this time. Some milfoil treatment has been completed.
The floating bog barriers will be installed within the next two weeks.
2. Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area — Land Acquisition by DNR. The
DNR is still working on land acquisition. There was no new information to report.
NEW BUSINESS
There was no new business.

There was no other business.

Commissioner Snead moved to adjourn at 7:34 p.m. Commissioner Fiedler
seconded; motion carried.
