BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2008
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Also present were
Commissioners Schaefer, Schneider, Werner, Borgman, Pavelko, and Snead, and
Deputy Clerk Blenski. Commissioner Fiedler was absent. Those present recited the
Pledge of Allegiance. The deputy clerk stated the meeting was noticed in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
Commissioner Borgman moved to approve voucher for Virchow Krause & Co. in
the amount of $1,050 for the audit of the financial statements for the Lake District
for the year ended December 31, 2007. Commissioner Snead seconded; motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Snead moved to adjourn at 7:32 p.m. Commissioner Borgman
seconded; motion carried.
