1. Deputy Commissioners Update - current condition of Lake/Bay: water levels,
plant growth, fish, and wildlife (*Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources
Fishery Manager will be present for this discussion.)
2. Status of Big Muskego Lake Wildlife Area – Land Acquisition by DNR
NEW BUSINESS
1. Authorization for Chairman (Mayor) to sign DNR permit application for up to 40
acres of chemical weed treatments in 2008.
2. Approval of Agreement with Marine Biochemists and Authorization for the
Mayor to Execute the Agreement
3. *Approve Inclusion of a Newsletter with the Lake District Assessment Billing
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
