BIG MUSKEGO LAKE - BASS BAY PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT
MINUTES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 24, 1978
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 9:20 P.M.
Also present were Commission Members Pienkos, Ford, Van Lanen, Tomczyk,
Dumke and Wallner. Commissioner Schaumberg was absent.
The purpose of the meeting was for the elction of a Clerk and Treasurer
and to consider the deferral of action regarding the district's
by-laws.
Ald. Ford moved, as seconded by Ald. Tomczyk, that Commissioner
Dumke be nominated Clerk of the Big Muskego Lake - Bass Protection
and Rehabilitation District and that nominations be closed. Motion
carried.
Oamm. Ford moved, seconded by Commissioner Tomczyk, that Commissioner
Wallner be nominated Treasurer of the District and that nominations
be closed. Motion carried.
Commissioner Ford moved that the Board of Commissioners defer action
on the development and adoptedion of by-laws. Seconded by Ald.
Tomczyk. Motion carried.
Commissioner Tomczyk moved, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that the
meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at
9:25 P.M.
