RESOLUTION #015-2017
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AND CONDO PLAT
Hartford Land Development
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Hartford Land Development for a
two-lot land division as well as a Condo Plat located on Woods Road in the NW ¼ of
Section 15 (Tax Key No. 2218.990.010); and
WHEREAS, The proposed certified survey map reflects two lots. Lot 1 will become The
Glen at Pellmann Farms Condo development and Lot 2 will be used for the future
construction of a single-family residence; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 012-2017 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-lot land division and condo plat located on Woods
Road in the NW ¼ of Section 15 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C.
012-2017.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map and condo
plat shall be submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance
#1118 and Resolution #196-2002.
