RESOLUTION #029-2014
APPROVAL OF CITY PARCEL CONVEYANCE
(Tax key Number 2221.021)
WHEREAS, A request for the City of Muskego to convey City owned property was
made by the InPro Corporation as part of InPro’s building, site, and operation plan; and
WHEREAS, The parcel is .1 acre and known as Tax Key Number 2221.021 and is
located on the SE corner of Janesville Road and Mercury Drive; and
WHEREAS, The parcel was originally platted as part of the Industrial Park plat back in
the early 1980s and was created at the time so as not to create a large roadside
setback on the residential parcel that existed there to the east when the entrance to the
industrial park was constructed; and
WHEREAS, The Muskego Planning Commission recommended approval of the parcel
conveyance at their April 1, 2014 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve of
the parcel conveyance to the InPro Corporation located in the NE ¼ of Section 17 (Tax
key Number 2221.021).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the conveyance will take place for the sum of $1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to InPro supplying the
parcel conveyance documents for City Attorney approval and InPro assuming all costs
with the conveyance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign any
documents relating to this conveyance.
