CCR2012074-RD#4Creation COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #074-2012 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO COMMON COUNCIL FINDING AND DECLARING THAT THE REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 PROJECT AREA IS A BLIGHTED AREA IN NEED OF URBAN RENEWAL PROJECTS th WHEREAS, on the 17 of July, 2012, the City of Muskego Community Development Authority duly designated and approved the boundaries of the Redevelopment District No. 4 Project Area (the “Project Area”), the boundaries of which are legally described attached, and also found and declared that the Project Area is a blighted area as defined in Wis. Stat. § 66.1333(2m)(b), which is in need of urban renewal projects; and WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Common Council has reviewed the Redevelopment Plan, describing the conditions of the Project Area and the implementation measures desired to re- create the area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Muskego Common Council, as follows: 1. That pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1333(6)(b)1, the Common Council hereby finds and declares that the Project Area is a blighted area as defined in Wis. Stat. § 66.1333(2m)(b) which is in need of urban renewal projects; and 2. That the Common Council hereby finds and declares that the following parcels of land within the Project Area are included as defined in Wis.
