NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Muskego will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00
PM, or shortly thereafter, on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue.
The Public Hearing and the Common Council meeting will be open to the public and also available to the
public for live streaming via the City of Muskego channel at www.youtube.com. Any comments which the
public wishes to make regarding the Public Hearing may be communicated in person at the meeting or to
the City via email at citizencomments@cityofmuskego.org or via phone at 262-679-5598. Any comments
received will be directed to the Mayor and members of the Common Council during the noted Public Hearing
time. All phone and email comments for the Public Hearing must be received by 3:00 pm on the day of the
meeting. These steps are being taken in an effort to protect the health of the public, City leaders and staff,
due to the fact that the City of Muskego has declared a state of emergency as a result of the COVID-19
virus pandemic.

Be granted a rezoning from B-4 – Highway Business District, RM-1 – Multiple Family Residence District
and PD-38 – Stonebridge Planned Development District to PD – Planned Development District (based on
the RM-2 – Multiple Family Residence District) for the purpose of allowing a development of two-family and
four-family homes. The 2020 Comprehensive Plan also is being amended from Commercial use and High
Density Residential use to Medium Density Residential use.
The petitioner’s application is available for public inspection by contacting the City of Muskego Planning
Division. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
