APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE CURRENT
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 8
(W191 S7173 LUEHRING DRIVE / TAX KEY NOS. 2189.031, 2189.032, AND 2189.033)
WHEREAS, On March 4, 2004 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Thomas and Tina
Current for a two (2) lot land division located in the NE ¼ of Section 8, (Tax Key Nos. 2189.031,
2189.032, and 2189.033/ W191 S7173 Luehring Drive), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create two lots from the existing three lots with
lot sizes of 15,000 square feet and minimum widths of at least 150 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-3/OED Suburban Residence District with an Existing
Development Overlay District, requiring land divisions to meet the underlying zoning of 30,000
square foot minimum parcels and an average minimum width of 100 feet, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium
density residential development, and this proposal is consistent with this goal, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by public sanitary sewer and private water supply, and
WHEREAS, Rights of way have been dedicated in accordance with the 2010 Street System Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified Survey
Map submitted by Thomas and Tina Current amending the existing three parcels into 2 parcels
located in the NE ¼ of Section 8 (Tax Key Nos. 2189.031, 2189.032, and 2189.033 / W191
S7173 Luehring Drive), subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City
Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3)
of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital file of this CSM shall be submitted to the City in
accordance with Common Council Ordinance No. 1118 and Resolution 196-2002.
