RESOLUTION #P.C. 147-2003
APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE SCHOLBE
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 30
(PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2277.997 / CROWBAR ROAD).
WHEREAS, On October 29, 2003 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Roger
Scholbe for a two (2) lot land division of property located in the NE ¼ of Section 30, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA Exclusive Agriculture District and the proposed
land division would create lots with a minimum area of approximately 40,000 square feet
and an average minimum width of 150 feet, and all parcels appear to meet said minimum
zoning requirements for land divisions for family member and farm employees in the EA
District, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for
agriculture and low density residential development and this proposal is within this goal,
and
WHEREAS, The CSM depicts land dedications for Crowbar Road right-of-way in
conformity with the 2010 Street System Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified
Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Roger Scholbe
parcel located in the NE ¼ of Section 30 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies
as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital file of this CSM shall be submitted to the City
in accordance with Common Council Ordinance No. 1118.
