APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND
OPERATION PLAN FOR THE LEISURE PARK PROPERTY LOCATED AT W182 S8200
RACINE AVENUE( NORTH OF CITY HALL PARKING LOT PROPERTY-
TAX KEY No. 2221.993)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on November 11, 1998 by Muskego Park &
Recreation Board to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Leisure Park
property located at W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The existing property contains linear walking trails, a gazebo, picnic area ,
and open areas, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/0IP Suburban Residence District and the
existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed conceptual amendment introduces a revised Leisure Park
having a food coudfamily skating rink, a sports skating rink, playground pavilion, arched entry
way, wooded wetland board walk, expanded tree plantings and curvilinear pathways connected to
the Old Muskego Settlement Center, and all is in conformance with said zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for the proposed conceptual amendment introducing a revised
Leisure Park having a food coudfamily skating rink, a sports skating rink, playground pavilion,
arched entry way, wooded wetland board walk, expanded tree plantings and curvilinear pathways
connected to the Old Muskego Settlement Center located at W 182 S8200 Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
