APPROVAL. OF A FOUR (4) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE HAW PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NW Vi OF SECTION 3 1
(TAX KEY NO. 2283.999/ ACROSS FROM W216 SI0884 CROWBAR ROAD)
WHEREAS, On November 16, 1998 a sketch was submitted by Roland Haut for a four
(4) lot land division of the Haut property located in the NW '/4 of Section 31, (Tax Key No.
2283.283.999/across from W216 SI0884 Crowbar Road), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of
120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 330 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot size
of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and said lots appear to meet
said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for agricultural and rural uses and
this proposal does conform, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will not be serviced by City sewer and will access water through
private well.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified 0 Survey Map being submitted creating a four (4) lot land division of the Haut property in the NW
'/4 of Section 31 subject to the delineation of any wetland and floodplain areas. Wetlands to be
delineated by the Army Corps, DNR or SEWERPC. Floodplain to be delineated by a surveyor.
