APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
THE BEATKA PROPERTY LOCATED AT W192 S6665 HILLENDALE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 161-98
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend a previously approved building, site and
operation plan of the Beatka property located at W I92 S6665 Hillendale Drive on September 4,
1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2, Local Service Center District and contains a
conditional use, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a conditional use for the property to
allow for a residential quarter to be located on the lot along with the existing use under
Resolution #P.C. 40-93, on March 2, 1993, and
WHERAS, The petitioner is proposing to change the previously approved elevations for
the addition to allow for a matching block facade on the first floor and vinyl siding on the second
level only.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for a residential quarters addition to the principle building on the
lot at the property located at W192 S6665 Hillendale Drive, for Jon Beatka, and that the Plan
Commission considers this as a substantial change to the previously approved conditional use
requiring a public hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHE RESOLVED, That neighbors should have an opportunity
to state their comments on this change in elevation.
