APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
THE ST LEONARD CHURCH AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W173 S7743
WESTWOOD DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 158-98A
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan
of the St. Leonard Church property at WI 73 S7743 Westwood Drive on August 21, 1998, and
revised plans were submitted on October 22, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0IP, Suburban Residence District with an
Institutional and Public Service Overlay, and the existing operation conforms to all the
requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The revised proposed amendment is to construct a 24 X 64 foot (1,536
square foot) storage building to be located in the south end of the parcel grounds.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan to construct a 24 X 64 foot storage building at the property
located at W173 $7743 Westwood Drive, for St. Leonard Church as represented in the October
22, 1998 submittal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building 0 Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the east property line will be screened with
sixteen (16) six (6) foot arborvitae. The roof will be shingled. Siding will be double four
horizontal vinyl color to match existing garage. Service door and double overhang doors will be
facing the west.
