PCR1998156WHEEAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan
of the Bethel Lutheran Church property at S77 W18426 Janesville Road on August 21, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0IP, Suburban Residence District with an
Institutional and Public Service Overlay, and the existing operation conforms to all the
requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is construct a 45 X 50 foot site pad that would
contain a wooden play ground area, and
WHERAS, Said site pad would be located along the west end of the property along Cook
Drive, the Plan Commission would support the northern locaion if petitioner chooses to pursue
variance from the Board of Appeals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for a 45 x 50 foot site pad that would contain a wood play
ground area at the property located at S77 W 18426 Janesville Road, for Bethel Lutheran Church. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
