APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
REYNOLDS MACHINE COMPANY, INC., LOCATED AT S66 W17626 MARTIN DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 147-98
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan
of the Reynolds Machine Company, Inc., property at S66 W17626 Martin Drive on August 3,
1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation
conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to heighten the roof of the old mess hall
building an additional nine (9) feet, including gable, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for height extension for the former mess hall building on the lot
at the property located at S66 W17626 Martin Drive, for Reynolds Machine Company, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That if proposal exceeds value of 50% of structure
petitioner will need to appear before the Board of Appeals. Corrected site plans will need Staff
approval.
