APPROVAL OF MAIN IDENTIFICATION GROUND SIGN FOR IN PRO CORPORATION,
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S80 W18766 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, Plans for main identification ground sign was submitted for the In Pro
Corporation on S80 W18766 Apollo Drive on August 10, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The ground sign would be an aluminum panel monument style sign, with two
(2) sides, 30 square feet in area, non-illuminated, and located along the entry to the south lot
parking from the property addressed above, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park and said signage conforms with
the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance if both the primary parcel and the
outlot are taken into consideration and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance
of a building and zoning permit, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a ground
monument identification sign with two (2) sides, 30 square feet in area, non illuminated, and
located along Apollo Drive at the south parking lot of the In Pro Corporation, the property
located at S80 W18766 Apollo Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this shall be 0 maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
