APPROVAL OF A MAIN IDENTIFICATION GROUND SIGN FOR REYNOLDS MACHINE
COMPANY, INC., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S66 W17626 MARTIN DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 145-98
WHEREAS, Plans for a main identification ground sign by Graphic House Inc., was
submitted for the Reynolds Machine Company, lnc., at S66 W17626 Martin Drive on August 7,
1998, and
WHEREAS, The ground sign would be two (2) sided, 45 square feet in area, non-
illuminated, and be located along the main entry off of Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park and said signage conforms with
the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance , subject to a ten foot setback from the
front (street) property line, and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a
building and zoning permit, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a main
identification ground sign with two (2) sides, 45 square feet in area, non-illuminated, to be located
along the primary access drive off of Martin Drive, for Reynolds Machine Company, Inc., at the
property located at S66 W 17626 Martin Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a 0 copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. Landscaping
plans will be submitted for StatTapproval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
