APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
THE M. W MARINE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W 1395 1 COLLEGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend a previously approved building, site and
operation plan for M.W Marine, located at S63 W13951 College Avenue, on June 26, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The conditions of the approved Resolution #P.C. 48-98, included a
requirement for hot asphalt paving an access road and the area around two (2) proposed
buildings, and
WHEREAS, Due to fire access restrictions, the turning radius to access the new buildings
would expand into the fence enclosed storage area, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to realign the fence enclosed area to accommodate
the turning radius and expand the fence enclosed storage area to the south, and the petitioner also
proposes to not asphalt the access way, but only the perimeter along the new buildings.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for expanding the fence enclosed storage area and permitting
gravel rather than asphalt along the access way as shown in the plans submitted at the property
located at S63 W13951 College Avenue, for M.W Marine.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That asphalt driveway be installed to the two new
buildings. Extension of fence to match existing as well as landscaping.
