APPROVAL OF AN AMENDhENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
KOHNE SALVAGE AT W200 S7203 WILLIAMS DRIVE FOR A 20’ X 20’
METAL CANOPY AND OFFICE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, Plans for a 20’ x 20’ canopy and office structure for Kohne Salvage were
submitted on June 6, 1998 for the property located at W200 S7203 Williams Drive, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned R-1 Country Home and RS-1 Suburban Residence
and subject use is a legal non-conforming use, and
WHEREAS, The proposed canopy and office structure is not used for any expansion of
the salvage and recycling operation, and will be located on SO+ acres and is far from view of any
neighbors and will not adversely affect the surrounding area.
THEREFORE! BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building,
site and operation plan submitted June 6, 1998 by Kohne Salvage a 20’ X 20’ canopy and office
structure for at the property located at W200 S7203 Williams Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise
authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
