APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FORTHE INPRO COW., PROPERTY LOCATED AT S80 W18766 MOLL0 DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 078-98
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for expanded parking to the existing building, site and
operation plan of the InPro Corp., property at S80 W18766 Apollo Drive by Mike Sekulla on
April 23, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation
conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to purchase 1/3 of an acre from the lot across the
street to construct an off-site employee parking lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for an off-site parking lot at the property located at S80 W18766
Apollo Drive, for InPro Corp., subject to a certified survey map showing the petitioner’s property
combined with the proposed lot containing the off-site parking area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That Certified Survey Map will be required with note
that this parcel will be used for overflow parking only. Two (2) lights will be added to the south
property line in accordance with City Standards. Landscaping to be moved out of right-of-way.
Drainage plans to be submitted and reviewed by Staff. Sign plans to be submitted for Plan
Commission approval at a later date.
