RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CREATING A FOUR (4) LOT LAND DMSlON FOR THE WIZA PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW '/4 OF SECTION 8
(TAX KEY NO. 2190.994.003)
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved for a five (5) lot land division in the SW % of Section
8, for the Wiza property, located at W197 S7325 Hillendale Drive under Resolution #PC. 203-
97, on November 4, 1997, and
WHERAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division was approved by the
Plan Commission under Resolution #P.C. 237-97, on January 6, 1998, but was not approved by
the Common Council within the allotted time frame, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence and requires a minimum
lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet and said parcels appear
to meet said requirements, and
WHEREAS, Access is proposed to be on Hillendale Drive and two of the proposed
parcels will access City sewer as stipulated by the Public Works Committee, and
WHEREAS, Said CSM only proposes a four (4) lot land division
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval of
the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division in the SW 'A of Section 8 of the Wiza
Property subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
