RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
FINAL PLAT FOR THE HIGH VEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE
SE $5 SECTION 9, TOWN OF VERNON
~ WHEREAS, A final plat for the Hgh View Estates Subdivision, a 54.8 acre, 21 lot and one outlot
subdivision, was submitted by Alice Mueller for the Mueller property located at the intersection of
National Avenue and Hilo Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Vernon, on April 20, 1998, and
WHEREAS, Said Final Plat substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission’s
previously approved preliminary plat, under Resolution 8P.C. 58-97, on April 1, 1997, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the extratenitorid powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council is necessary under the
City’s subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Final Plat creating a 21 lot and one outlot
land division of the Mueller property, located in the SE 114 of Section 9, Town of Vernon.
