APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR THE SCHKERYANTZ PROPERTY LOCATED AT S8 1 W18878 AF'OLLO DRIVE
(TRISON UTILITIES)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the existing building, site and operation plan
of the Schkeryantz property at S81 W18878 Apollo Drive by Andrew Schekeryantz, Jr., on
February 19, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation
conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner was cited for a violation of the Rules and Regulations for
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, for outside storage, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner owns two neighboring parcels with a structure on one and
utilizes the other for parking and storage, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes a six (6) foot high chain link fence with an additional
1 foot high, 3 strand barbed wire and the fence would have brown privacy slats.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended 0 building, site and operation plan for a fence enclosure for outside storage at the property located
at S81 W18878 Apollo Drive, for Andrew Schekeryantz, Jr. subject to the fencing and privacy
slats being installed by June I, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas, building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That landscaping on road side of site be submitted to
Planning Department for StafFapproval.
