RECOMhEM>ATJON OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
A TWO (2) LOT RECONFIGURATION/EXPANSION FOR THE DARKOW PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW Vi OF SECTION 4
(TAXKEY NO. 2174.047 AND 2174.048)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 08-98
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by American Surveying Company,
Inc., for the Darkow properties located in the SW Vi of Section 4 on January 8, 1998, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission granted sketch approval of the reconfiguration and
expansion under Resolution #P.C. 122-96, on June 18, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Both properties are zoned RS-3/0ED, single family Suburban Residence
with an Existing Development Overlay and appear to meet the minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, Parcel #I has an existing residence and accessory structure on the parcel
grounds and is addressed as S67 W18607 Pearl Drive, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels must connect to City sewer and Parcel #2 must access onto
Pearl Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval of 0 the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land reconlipration and in the SW Vi of Section 4 of
the Darkow Property subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City
Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3)
of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That grading and drainage plans must be submitted
before approval by Common Council,
