FOR THE FLEURY PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROVAL OF A 12' x 18' SECOND GARAGE
AT S78 W187287 LIONS PARK DRIVE
on May 8, 1995, by Claude Fleury to construct a 12' X 18' second
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
garage structure at the residence located at S78 W187287 Lions Park
Drive, and
setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size
of second garage structures, and
WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of
this nor any other structure on the property for business related
activities, and
WHEREAS, The proposed second garage structure represents 10.3%
of the ground floor area of the home.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the second garage, not to exceed 216 square feet, for Fleury
Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
required prior to construction of subject second garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be
required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
