ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MYRON HODGSON
WHEREAS, Myron Hodgson, S71 W14883 Westcot Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 17', unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RSA District. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Comnission of
the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Myron Hodgson, S71 W14883 Westcot Drive
for a 12' x 17', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thab the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
