ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
VINCENT TESTROET
WHEREAS, Vincent Testroet, S65 W12749 Byron Road,
has requested permission to construct a 12' x 16', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby
approve the request of Vincent Testroet, S65 W12749 Byron
Road for a 12' x 16', unattached, second garage structure
at S65 W12749 Byron Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
