ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RANDY RIEGER
WHEREAS Randy Rieger, S76 W14056 McShane Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 16'x 22', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of John Randy Rieger for a 14' x 22', unattached, second
garage structure at S76 W14056 McShane Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
