ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ROBERT PALMER
WHEREAS Robert Palmer, W130 S6453 Kipling Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 12', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Robert Palmer for a 12' x 12', unattached, second garage
structure at W130 S6453 Kipling Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the removal of the existing metal 10' x 10' shed.
