ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAZ. OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ALLEN KOKOTT
WHEREAS Allen Kokott, W200 S7475 Hillendale Drive,
has requested permission to construct a 10' x 16'. unattached
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does'not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
R-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Allen Kokott for a 10' x 16'. unattached, second garage
structure at W200 S7475 Hillendale Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
