ARCHITECTLii APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHK HOLCOMB
WHEREAS John Holcomb, S104 W20761 Cindy Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 14' x 16', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-Z(OPD)
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
0 (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of John Holcomb for a 14' x 16', unattached, second garage
structure at S104 W20761 Cindy Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
