AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
(Hard Surfacing and Dust-Proofing)
to the Zoning Ordinance and Land Div. Ordinance regarding
certified survey map requirements, hard surfaceldust-proofing
definitions and planner's fees in Resolution SIP. C. 14-83 (As
Amended) on February 1, 1983, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended certain amendments
WHEREAS on March 8, 1983 the public hearing was held, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has adopted Ordinance $1454 to
amend the Land Division Ordinance as recommended, and
