APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HILDEGARDE FEURSTAHLER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a two parcel
division of the Hildegarde Feurstahler property at the end
of Mystic Drive Extended in the SW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS the zoning ordinance permits a division of two
acres or more which does not abut a public road, provided
that a 60' road reservation is provided and that a permanent
easement is provided to allow ingress and egress to the lot, and
WHEREAS the proposed lots are 3 acres and approximately
0 25 acres in area,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel
division of the Hildegarde Feurstahler property at the end of
Mystic Drive Extended in the SW 1/4 of Section 14, subject to
a 60' road reservation as shown on the sketch and a permanent
easement to the lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and
$400.00 in lieu of park dedication.
