ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN MARENDA
WHEREAS John Marenda, S67 W12777 Larkspur Road, has
requested permission to construct a 20' x 22', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission a (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of John Marenda for a 20' x 22', unattached, second garage
structure at S67 W12777 Larkspur Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
