APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KENNETH ZBILICKI
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Kenneth Zbilicki
for a two parcel division of the property located on the corner
of Gaulke Drive and Tess Corners Drive in the SE 1/4 of
Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the lots meet the zoning requirements of this
RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS because this property is located within a Flood
Fringe area, it will be necessary to obtain a Land Use Permit
from the zoning administrator prior to the start of any con-
struction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel
division of the property located on the comer of Gaulke Drive
and Tess Corners Drive in the SE 114 of Section 2, subject to
the applicant obtaining all permits as required under Section
7.18 of the Flood Plain Ordinance, and subject to the proper
drainage easement as shown in the City Engineer's report
dated 7/27/79.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and
$200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
