ARCHITECTLW APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ANTHONY ZAWALICH
WHEREAS, Judith Barbies, agent for Anthony D. Zawalich,
S74 W19204 Bay Shore Drive, has requested permission to con-
struct a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on
the Zawalich property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEG that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Judith Barbies for a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure on the Anthony D. Zawalich property at S74 W19204
Bay Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood
